Lake Oswego Real Estate Activity – October 20-26, 2008

While we aren’t seeing an epidemic in Lake Oswego, a couple short sales appear in this week’s list of newly listed properties. Short sales occur when the homeowner must sell, but owes more on the mortgage than the current market value will bear. These transactions can be tricky for both home seller and buyer.
