It feels like we are falling into a pattern for the fall and winter. Sales are not gangbuster, but they are steady with about the same number of sales this week as last, and as the week before. New listings seem to be falling off, which is normal at this time of year. Last week Lake Oswego had 10 houses come onto the market, 13 houses go pending, and 7 closed sales.
