Last week Lake Oswego saw 12 New properties hit the market, while 10 went Pending and 15 Sold.
All over we are seeing the typical house-buying frenzy that usually occurs before the start of a new school year. Notably, we are also seeing an uptick in sales over last year as pointed out in the lastest RMLS Market Action Report (see my report from last Wednesday).
