Things picked up in Lake Oswego real estate last week. There were 11 new listings and 5 of those sold in 3 days or less. That tells me that there are buyers chomping at the bit for houses to come onto the market. Those 5 houses that sold so fast appear in this report as pending sales. There were 17 properties in total that entered into pending status as 6 closed transactions.
