Greetings Property Blotter readers!! I hope everyone had a spectacularly fun July 4th holiday. Last week Lake Oswego saw 8 properties enter the market amidst all the holiday-ness, 12 move to Pending status and 13 that Sold/Closed. Right now there are 210 homes available ranging from $189,000 to that same one waiting for the right Buyer priced at $11,500,000.
