Our market remains incredibly balanced between buyers and sellers. Just about as many houses are coming on the market as are selling. It’s a healthy pace and a strong market.
Last week in Lake Oswego 17 properties came onto the market. Of those, 4 sold very fast and appear in this report as pending sales. 18 properties accepted offers and moved to pending status, and 20 properties were sold by experiencing closed transactions.
