Last week in Lake Oswego the market remained strong. There were 24 new listings, 8 of which moved quickly to pending status, 27 properties that went under contract and became pending, and 17 sold/closed properties.
We had a big interest rate hike yesterday. This is bound to have an impact. I will be eager to see the market activity reports for the next few weeks as it will let us see the changes that the increased rates are creating.
