Happy 2019! OK, Dianne and I are getting back to “normal” now, and this is the first one-week report of the year for Lake Oswego. You can see below that we’re starting up steady with new properties beginning to hit the market and go Pending, and lots of properties Closing that were Pending during 2018. I removed 11 properties showing as “New” that had actually been “refreshed”, so these numbers below are real. ***I’ll also have the much anticipated 2018 “Year-End” numbers in the News & Notes report for you this week.
There are 189 homes for sale in Lake Oswego right now. Last week 9 New properties entered the market, 8 moved to Pending status, and 18 were “Closed”/Sold.
