Market Activity Jan 6-12, 2025

Market activity has picked back up with 12 new listings, 7 pending sales, and 11 closed purchases in Lake Oswego last week. That is about twice what was happening the last couple of weeks of 2024. One of the new listings sold super fast and appears in this report as a pending sale.

I get excited as we come out of the holidays. My phone starts to ring and the energy builds as we move foreword into the new year. I love it!
