Market Activity ~ Sept 9-15, 2024

Last week Lake Oswego saw 14 properties enter the market (New), 19 move to Pending status, and 14 that Sold/Closed. Right now there are 221 properties available ranging from $190,000 to $11,900,000.

It’ll be interesting to see how activity changes, if it does, now that the Fed has lowered by 1/2 a point, and announced it would again before the end of the year. It seems a lot of people have been waiting for this news.
