The last day of summer was yesterday. We have been enjoying temperatures in the 80’s all the way into mid October, but today that changes. High’s in the 50’s and rain in the foreseeable future.
With the arrival of fall, our market remains balanced but starting to slow down. In Lake Oswego last week we had 8 new listings, 4 of which sold quickly and appear in this report as pending sales. 15 properties went pending and 14 transactions sold/closed.
