Market Activity August 24-30, 2020

Last week in Lake Oswego we had 18 new listings come onto the market, 37 properties that went into pending status, and 26 sold/closed properties. What I find interesting is that of the 26 new listings, 13 sold for over the asking price, and 5 sold for the asking price. It is certainly a seller’s market right now.
