Market Activity June 1-7, 2020

Market Activity in Lake Oswego last week looked completely like it should in June. Seriously, everything has really picked up. We had 28 new listings, 26 properties go into pending status, and 17 sold/closed properties. The housing market is really strong, and right now, suffering no adverse trends due to Covid 19.
