Yes, there is a very small chance of snow flurries this week. Nothing like what is happening in the midwest, but still a clear sign that winter is around the corner. Meanwhile, real estate chugs right along. The numbers remain interesting. Last week in Lake Oswego there were 3 new listings, 17 properties that went pending, and 25 closed sales. Folks who want to buy at this time of year are highly aware of the holidays. It’s a natural time to make a move as most employers give time off during the holidays, which makes organizing the move easier.
