This last week Linda wrote a great editorial about why the fall is a good time to buy or sell. The market activity for last week also really supports her observation. Folks are very active in the market right now as they try to buy a house and have time to move in before the holidays. Lake Oswego had 9 new listings and 18 pending sales. That twice the number of houses that are selling as compared to what’s coming on the market. We also had 4 new listings.
