In the last week or so fall has fully arrived. Temperatures have dropped, the wind is blowing, and my yard is getting the good watering it really needs. I’m tanking up on peaches and corn while they can still be found, and the real estate market is chugging right along.
Last week in Lake Oswego we had 16 properties come onto the market, 23 go into pending status, and 16 sold/closed sales.
