Market Activity Aug 13-19, 2018

We are having a very consistent late summer market. Numbers this week are very similar to those of two weeks ago, the last time I did this report. Last week in Lake Oswego we had 17 new listings, 24 houses go into pending status, and 21 closed/sold properties.

DETACHD refers to Single Family Detached Residence, MFG refers to manufactured housing, and ATTACHD refers to single-family residences with some portion of the structure attached to another property, but not constituting CONDO ownership.
