Last week saw 15 New properties enter the market in Lake Oswego, 17 move to Pending status, and 14 “Closed”/Sold.
I always tell my clients, when Buyers are looking this time of year, they’re serious. And conversely, when Sellers are selling this time of year, they’re serious too! SO…though things slow down a little till the end of the year, from either perspective its a Good time to be changing your Life by either buying or selling a home.
