We are having the most beautiful mid-August weather! Spectacular sunny days of 80 degrees, usually a light breeze, and lovely summer nights. Time to slow down and relish it as we all know that we are only a couple of weeks from feeling the nip of fall in the air.
Along with lazy summer days, we are still in the full swing of a very busy summer real estate market. Just as I thought the numbers would look like they are starting to slow down we had 27 new listings come onto the market last week.
