Market Activity March 7-13, 2016

It’s been another great week of the spring market ramping up. Lots of houses are coming onto the market and lots are selling. Last week in Lake Oswego we saw 21 new listings, 21 going into pending status, and 16 closed sales. With spring break happening next week this trend will only continue. By my memory the new listings will peak in June at about 35 new listings per week.
