Market Activity Nov 30-Dec 6, 2015

Last week in Lake Oswego there were 9 new listings, 14 houses that went into pending status, and 17 closed sales. Yes, this is about a third of what happens in June, but it is still a very active market. I expect to see lots of closed sales in the next week or so as people make the move to their new home before the holidays.
