I really enjoy doing this report. It gives me time to really look at trends and see the basic numbers of what is happening in the market. While the market has slowed a bit, which is completely normal at this time of year, it remains strong for selling. This is because the number of homes coming onto the market remain slightly less than the number that are going into pending status. Last week in Lake Oswego 11 new listings came onto the market, 12 went into pending status, and 16 became closed sales.
