Many of us were out enjoying the sunshine & exploring the properties on the market with our clients. I waited till today to post this report so as to hopefully make sure that all transactions have been updated after the long weekend. Lockbox activity appears to still be high. It will be interesting to see the statistics once they’re available for this holiday period.
