Of the “New” properties hitting the market, 4 of them (Townhomes/Condos) are listed at under $200,000., and 5 of the “Detached” residences are listed at under $400,000. Of the 7 “Detached” residences that Sold, 4 of them were $400,000 and under. Nothing over a million is New, Pending or Sold this week… as a matter of fact, $619,900 topped the “Sold” price tags this time around in Lake Oswego.
