Real estate activity in Lake Oswego is experiencing a late summer/early fall resurgence as 24 new properties come on the market last week, while 8 homes go sale pending and 12 houses close escrow two weeks ago.
This little bump in transactions is similar to the Portland metro market as a whole, which I think will approach 70% of 2007’s activity level, as opposed to the 65% we’ve seen throughout the year.
