Criteria: Homes in the 97034 and 97035 zip code, listed, pending or sold between the dates listed above as reported by the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS). DETACHD refers to Single Family Detached Residence, MFG refers to manufactured housing, and ATTACHD refers to single-family residences with some portion of the structure attached to another property, but not constituting CONDO ownership. DOM stands for days on market, or the number of days from when the listing became active and when it received an acceptable offer.
anyway you can also list the listed price, along with the sale price (as you do on your West Linn blog)?

Thanks for the idea. A couple issues with showing the original list price…
1) We’ve only got so much ‘real estate’ (width) on the webpage to show the table data. I could perhaps skinny down the columns and add the original price data.
2) The original price data is a bit elusive for a list of properties, but do-able on a one-off basis. For example, if a property gets re-listed by a different office or even the same agent, I have to access another property record altogether to get the ‘real’ original price.
For now, I’m running a simple query on the RMLS database. It’s the same methodology I’m using for the move2westlinn.com site.
Long story short, if there is a certain property or two that you would like additional information on, please let us know and we’ll pass it on.
