Market Activity July 13-19, 2020

The Lake Oswego real estate market is on fire! It feels like we are having our spring market in July. I’m sure it’s because in the spring the pandemic had just hit us and we all felt a sense of decision paralysis. But as time has gone by, and we’ve all adapted to the new normal, our confidence has come back. The Lake Oswego market truly is booming. Last week we had 26 properties come onto the market, 28 go into pending status, and 20 sold/closed purhases.
