Market Activity April 20-26, 2020

I think that the market activity is about half of what is normal for this time of year. Pending sales appear to be holding fairly steady with about 10 properties accepting offers each of the last several weeks. Check out the days on the market for the pending properties. Of the 10 pending sales 8 sold in 25 days or less. Along with the 8 pending sales, last week Lake Oswego saw 6 properties come on the market and 8 sold/closed sales.
