Market Activity Nov 4-10, 2019

We are now officially entering into “The Holidays”, that mythical time of year when folks are very busy gearing up for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and Hanukkah. Yes, the market does slow down. But, and it’s a big but, it still cranks right along. Buyers who are shopping at this time of year are MOTIVATED. It’s a great time to put your house on the market and it’s also a great time of year to buy a house.
