Market Activity Oct 21-27, 2019

The last few days have been absolutely spectacular. Fall colors are at their prime and the clear blue skies have really created exceptional beauty. Love this time of year!

As far as real estate, sales are staying very strong. Last week in Lake Oswego brought 14 new listings onto the market, 18 properties that accepted offers and went into pending status, and 12 properties that sold/closed.
