Market Activity ~ Sept 2-8, 2019

There’s a bit of a chill in the air (its just a tease…warm weather will be back!) and a total of 279 homes for sale in Lake Oswego right now. Last week 12 New properties entered the market, 20 moved to Pending status, and 13 were “Closed”/Sold.

We continue to see a really nice spectrum of price ranges, and of course this time of year is always the best time for a Buyer in this area. I’d be happy to explain to you the “why’s” of that anytime!
