Market Activity July 22-28, 2013

Last week in Lake Oswego there were 25 new listings, 19 pending sales, and 26 Closed sales. Among the closed sales was the house on Furnace St that the City purchased a few months ago to create an easement for a pedestrian path along the Willamette River. The house sold for $50,000 less than the city paid for it prior to creating the easement. I love that path and I am excited to see its continuation.
