Lake Oswego Real Estate Activity – May 5-11, 2008

The Lake Oswego real estate market is moving along the past couple weeks at a pretty healthy clip. Since our last report, 28 homes have sold or gone under contract. Of course, another 50 listings entered the market, so inventory is still up there, too.
